Gallery Assistants serve as the gallery’s front-facing representatives while supporting exhibitions, operations, and events with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail, within a museum-quality environment.
Our Commis Chefs are an entry-level junior chef who assist with food preparation, cleaning, and station management. They are chef-in-training, responsible for prepping ingredients (washing, chopping, measuring), maintaining high hygiene standards, and learning basic cooking techniques to build culinary skills.
Our Servers act as storytellers, guiding guests through the menus, meticulously pairing wines, and fostering direct interaction with chefs, often delivering a highly choreographed, intimate dining journey.
Our bartenders are craft-focused professionals who value precision, consistency, and guest experience while contributing to cocktail service, special events, and our evolving beverage program.
