At Ferleman Gallery—including Gallery Stage and RootsTable—we are committed to authenticity in all forms of creative expression.

Every piece of art on our walls, every performance on our stage, and every dish we serve is the result of human creativity, skill, and lived experience. We believe that creativity is inseparable from the human condition—shaped by time, place, discipline, and intention. These are qualities that cannot be replicated by machines.

Our mission is to support and present work that reflects genuine human expression without compromise.

As part of this commitment, Ferleman Gallery does not present, exhibit, or sell artwork, music, or culinary experiences that are generated by artificial intelligence. We do not work with artists, performers, or collaborators who use AI as a primary tool in the creation of their work. All creative output presented through Ferleman Gallery, Gallery Stage, and RootsTable is created by humans.

We recognize the evolving conversations surrounding artificial intelligence in creative industries—including questions of authorship, intellectual property, and ethics. While these discussions continue, our position remains clear: we stand firmly in support of human creators and the value of original, lived experience.

While the owners of Ferleman Gallery have professional backgrounds in software development, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence related to cancer research, at Ferleman Gallery our use of these technologies is strictly limited to operational support. We may use AI tools to assist with data analysis, business insights, and forecasting—but never as an end product or as part of the artistic, musical, or culinary experience we present.

We are committed to transparency. When you experience Ferleman Gallery, Gallery Stage, or RootsTable, you can trust that what you encounter is entirely human-made.
