Gallery Engagement

  • Engage Visitors in Dialogue: Encourage questions, spark conversations, and help visitors form their own meaningful interpretations.
  • Serve as a Floor Presence: Circulate through the gallery to answer questions, help guests navigate the space, and foster a welcoming environment.

Front Desk & Visitor Support

  • Greet Visitors: Offer a warm welcome and orient guests to exhibitions, events, and gallery amenities.
  • Provide General Information: Share details about hours, programming, Gallery Stage performances, and the broader mission of Ferleman Gallery.
  • Phone Reception: Answer basic inquiries and direct calls as needed.
  • Event Check-In: Assist with greeting and checking in attendees during programs and concerts.
  • Front Desk Maintenance: Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and visitor-ready.
