RootSTable is a new restaurant located inside the gallery, and we are building a beverage program defined by craftsmanship, precision, and a deeply intentional sense of place.
This role is best suited for a bartender who thrives in a composed, standards-driven environment where precision and restraint matter.
As a Part-Time Bartender, you will play an important role in shaping this experience from the ground up, helping create a bar environment held to the highest standards of presentation, hospitality, and guest care.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Guests: Create a welcoming, polished experience through attentive beverage service, clear communication, and thoughtful recommendations.
- Cocktail Execution & Service Support: Prepare drinks with consistency and care, maintain a clean and efficient workspace, and anticipate service needs throughout each shift.
- Maintain Bar Operations: Ensure the bar is organized, properly stocked, and operating smoothly, while upholding all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Contribute to Beverage Excellence: Stay informed on cocktail technique, seasonal ingredients, and evolving trends, and offer ideas that strengthen and refine the menu over time.
- Support Events and Programming: Provide seamless bar service during gallery openings, concerts, and special programs, contributing to a calm and professional guest experience in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications
- Prior experience in a professional work environment
- Previous bartending or cocktail experience is preferred, though transferable hospitality experience is valued
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Ability to work evening shifts and event-based service as needed
