Description: Are you the best Mixologist? Ferleman Gallery is seeking skilled and enthusiastic mixologist to provide top-notch beverage service during our weekend events. Located in the heart of historic downtown Cumberland, Maryland, our gallery offers a unique environment that combines fine art with live music.

Responsibilities:

• Curate elevated bar offerings (alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages), reflective of art exhibits, seasons, and customer desires.
• Innovate new offerings.
• Provide exceptional bar service to guests during gallery events.
• Expertly prepare and present beverages.
• Engage guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Scrupulously manage inventory and bar supplies.
• Ensure the bar area remains clean and organized at all times.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after events.
• Adhere to all local liquor laws and health regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bartender (minimum 2 years).
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Ability to interact with guests efficiently and professionally.
• Capable of setting up a new bar area, contributing ideas for optimal organization and maximum efficiency.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
