Reimagine Cumberland Street Photography Contest

---

• The contest is open to both amateur and professional photographers.
• All photographs must be be of Baltimore, Centre, or Liberty Streets, Cumberland, Maryland. 

•  Submissions should capture the essence and unique charm of Baltimore, Centre, and Liberty Streets during the current street construction.
• Embrace the ongoing Reimagine Cumberland transformation.
• Explore diverse subjects, including streetscapes, architectural wonders, machinery, human experience, and the evolving urban landscape.

• Submissions must be received by the 25th of each month begining in February 2024 and running until the end of October 2024.
• Late entries will not be considered during the month they are received and must be resubmitted after the 1st of the the folliowing month.

• Each artist may submit no more than 10 photographs per month.
• Individual files cannot exceed 10 MB. If multiple files are uploaded the total cannot exceed 15 MB.  Larger files should be sent in a separate email or shared through a drobox location. 
• Images must be posted to Facebook and Instagram, with a tag to Ferleman Art Gallery social media pages.
• Include a brief caption or description for each photograph.
• Images should not include watermarks or logos. 

• Entries will be judged based on innovation, composition, storytelling, and relevance to the transformation taking place on Baltimore, Centre, and Liberty Streets.
• Consideration will be given to how the photographs capture the positive spirit of  Baltimore, Centre, and Liberty Streets and the Reimagine Cumberland project.
• Winners will be required to provide high-resolution digital copies of their photographs. 

• Winners will receive a $225 gift certificate to one of more than 30 local businesses (Winner's Choice!) on Baltimore, North Centre, or Liberty Street.
• Winning photographs will be featured prominently on the Ferleman Art Gallery website and social media, and exhibited at the final Art Gallery in October 2024.

• Submit entries through the official contest form below.
• Complete the submission form with accurate details.
• Post images on Facebook and Instagram, and tag Ferleman Art Gallery social media pages.

• Participants grant permission for their submitted photographs to be used in promotional materials and media coverage related to the contest. 

• Ferleman Art Gallery retains ownership of all submission and may reproduce, distribute, share, or copy any photographs without restriction.
