As an Assistant Mixologist, you will play a key role in crafting memorable moments for our guests by assisting the lead mixologist in creating unique, high-quality cocktails in a vibrant and engaging atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Guests: Create a welcoming experience by providing quality beverages and thoughtful recommendations.
• Assist Lead Mixologist: Support all aspects of drink preparation, maintain a clean workspace, and anticipate service needs.
• Maintain Bar Operations: Ensure a well-stocked and organized bar area, upholding health and safety standards.
• Contribute Creatively: Stay informed on cocktail trends and suggest innovative additions to the menu.
• Support Events: Assist with gallery openings, concerts, and special programs by providing seamless bar service.

• Strong People Skills: Friendly, approachable, and comfortable engaging with guests.
• Proactive and Forward-Leaning: Takes initiative, anticipates needs, and looks for ways to improve service.
• Attention to Detail: Ensures drink consistency, cleanliness, and efficient operations.
• Curious and Innovative: Open to learning new techniques and refining the beverage experience.
• Flexibility: Available Thursday-Saturday evenings and during high-traffic events.

Education & Experience:
Candidates should have prior experience in a professional work environment. Previous bartending or mixology experience is preferred, but transferable skills in customer service, hospitality, or event coordination are valued.
